Assistant Professor, School of Art and Design, and Director of Curatorial Affairs, Zuckerman Museum of Art
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a twelve-month, tenure-track, administrative faculty position as assistant professor and Director of Curatorial Affairs, Zuckerman Museum of Art, available July 1, 2013. Responsibilities will include providing curatorial and administrative leadership for the art museum with the assistance of an experienced staff. Classroom teaching may not be required but an understanding of and commitment to the university’s educational mission is expected, as is ongoing research/creative activity and service, which may be expressed through the curatorial and outreach duties of the position. Requires a terminal degree in art, art history, museum studies, or arts administration; or other graduate degree and clearly documented equivalent professional experience.
